Oasis is much, much better than Blur. No comparison. Blur is OK, but Oasis is a GREAT band. One of the three British bands during the 90s. Blur is two or three steps below.

Does anyone know what the hell this song is about? The most meaningless collection of words ever written. I thought this in 1994 and I still think it now. But because it was "cool" no one dared analyse it. Phil Daniels's character is a peeping-tom park-keeper I think. Damon Albarn said at the Hyde Park gig in 2009 that he used to live near Hyde Park and would observe joggers running around (?). Can someone shed some light on this. Its all meaningless and embarassingly cringe-worthy nonsense.

It is nothing more than a comical and artistic insight into the mind of a people-watcher, and was written solely to talk about the funny and strange world of big-city life (the stranger world of London particularly) above all else though, it was written because DAMON ALBERN SAID SO AND HE DOES WHAT HE WANTS CUZ HE IS FREAKIN AWESOME!
