Like squirrel from deep in a forest that is known to feed on vitamin rich plants and such. I haven't done this yet but next time I go camping that is the plan.

Just eat fruit and veg everyday. How simple can that be? Have junk food as a reward once or twice a week. Exercise, eat well, and take cod liver oil and bananas. It works for me. I no longer drink our poison fluoride water, no more aspartame, no more msg etc.

Wake up people before you get soo fat and brain-dead that you can't fight for freedom, and believe me, the way things are going, you better be prepared to fight a good fight, because the ww3 is on its way.

I didn't really think he lost that much weight....until you did the side camera shot of him, omfg. the only time I ever lost weight like that, was when I was being worked as a slave at UPS (basically doing aerobics, for 4-7 hours straight, 5 days a week, will make anyone drop weight fast). He used to sell ready reserve and we bought some but it has lots of TVP and pasta and wheats, etc. Of course this supply sits in storage and would be for emergency, but we ate some of it and it was ok, but not exactly healthy.

The problem here seems to me that the caffeine negates the benefits of the B vitamins, why add anti-nutrients to a nutrient, plus it has 14 grams of carbs with 10 of them from sugar, now if you are moving into this from high sugar coffee or sodas, this will do you much better, but you can buy these vitamins and take them without the sugar or carbs and drink lots of water, no juices, but I know some people can't get there without a bridge, maybe this will help some people bridge over.

@RancheroBFT Where is your basis for this statement? Since when is metal bad for you(as long as you have no allergy to it)? Gold is one of the best things you can ingest! Not cosmetic jewelery gold, it has all kinds of chemicals from polishes and what not. but raw gold ground into a powder form, say 2 tea spoons a day, and see how you feel in a day, 2 days, a week, etc. I will do some research on aluminum hydroxide but until I see anything proving its harmful, I call BS on AH disses
