aint it fun to sing or what. wish people knew how much fun it is. Plus you sing this song very well, with out using falsetto in you pitches. may want to controll your breathing patterns so you dont feel so short breathed. The mic help so you dont have shout. you sing as if your not using it. I had that same problem for a while. BUT KNOWN THE LESS I LIKE YOU VOICE XD

First of all, this sounds nothing like country. I've never heard a chord progression like this in country. I'm sorry, "losing your lover"? I'm pretty sure that's what MOST music is about, not just country. If you listened to country, you would realize that they hardly ever mention their dogs or trucks in music. Way to be stereotypical.
