sorry to correct you. at the time of this video, Barry Sparks WAS Dokken's bass player at this time. Pilson was Dokken's bass player 2 or 3 years before that.

you gotta give credit to angus for all the riffs hes created. But ted's solo's are faster, more melodic, and in general more technical. listen to his 60's to mid 70's stuff for proof, and some of his live stuff.

Both were an inspiration for me when I was a kid learning to play guitar. Yeah I would say Ted is faster and more fluid especially on the Weekend Warriors album but as you saud Angus has great riffs. Tho at the same time as these guys Michael Schenker was playing great licks :-)
