This was really a GREAT movie. I watched it a couple of times with my wife (Chinese) and unfortunately they only had Chinese subtitles (what's with that - Chinese subtitles for Chinese movies?) Anyway, although a lot of liberties for entertainment purposes, a good representation of just what the deal was with the warring Three Kingdoms. Also represented well was the power roles of concubines and eunuchs in the emperor's palaces. I'm trying to find the movie online, but have been unsuccessful.
