hey man great video! I just wanna wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals. I started to count calories 3 weeks ago and i have already lost 10 pounds. the best part about counting the calories is that not only does it really work unlike fad diets, but it also has allowed me to finally quit smoking cigarettes as well because now my mind is occupied with counting the calories, and being as healthy as possible.... good luck mate
If you eat not too fat and a lot of salad and chickenmeat and other lowfat things, you must not be hungry when you loosing weight.salad fill your stomach. I started with 1200 calories, that was pretty hard and a bit to less. and so more sports i do, so more calories i ate. it´s a funny thing with sports...you don´t feel as hungry as you would do without sport. 2000 calories is very good for you, i think...the really important thing is doing sport.
i eat 600 normally,800 when i eat dessert, and 1000 when i pig out,and im supposed 2 have 1800 2 2000,i was over weight by 10 pounds now i lost alot, thts good tht ur watchin ur weight good luck!
i just took my bmi on that website link and it is 21.24 lol, however that is very inaccurate i believe because it does not calculate how much muscle-fat you have. but i guess it may give u a moderate estimation. so good luck on your new goal man! keep making videos :)
It sounds like you have found the answer. I have been calorie counting for 15 months and have lost 84 pounds so far. Only 20 left to go for me. I will be counting calories for life.I did give up some foods, the bad ones or the bad ones for me anyway. I made a video about it.
Good luck to you.
I will sub so I can keep and eye on your progress.
That's very interesting to hear, I myself am actually working out, so it's very interesting to know how many calories and such I can burn off doing the same thing you are. Aha I have subscribed to your channel :) GOOD VIDEOS keep'em up.
keep it up mate! i burn 1-2 pounds a day taking fat burners! but i wouldnt recommend it for u. im at 24% body fat and pretty heathly. but i have back problems from a car accident so its hard for me to workout.
Hey Graham, I've Started to watch my weight to, due to the new year, I just want to say good luck and you can expect support from me every step of the way.
you can do it mate, i believe in you, btw i got a BMR of 1892.99. i think i may be in the clear though, haha. but seriously, im glad your are confident, and not afraid to take the challenge and do it. :)
My BMR is 2186.2. Interesting calculator ... so I know how much I need. Good is also that there's explained how much you need to stay at your current food, or to lose weight by different categories depending how much you're doing.
My mistake are always the snacks beside ... and if not a snack then I drink a coke instead. The big thing is just to keep it under control.
So stay strong so that the Yoyo isn't coming again ;o)
ideally from what ive read and heard the main meal realistically should be in the middle of the day, which makes sense but our society is structured to make the main meal at night
stop hating on the guy, at least he's trying unlike other lazy obese shits

Realy liked this, we have a new type of diet blog video now on our typesoontv channel called Cracking The Fat. enjoy!

Good plan. Only thing I would change is reduce the calorie intake at dinner as that's when the body is mostly inactive.
Seems to me like dinner should be less than lunch.

thats the nice thing about being big, you use more calories doing nothing... but on the flip side, it takes more willpower to cut down
