Based on a Shima Seiki knitting system, the project at the University of Brighton has developed principles for manufacturing well fitting and desirable knitwear specifically for larger sized consumers using 3D body scanning.

  • I spent some time touring the Stoll Facility here in New York. The machines are amazing, aren't they?

    I appreciate you sharing the video. When I took the tour, there were no projects currently being worked - I just dropped in unannounced :) - so I wasn't able to see a garment actually being made.
