  • Man, great cover. That solo is insane! Dude, do NOT apologize for 'Steve Harrising' up the bassline, all you did is make it WAY better, hehe.

  • respect for ian hill please, he is a more melodical player but have some bass lines kind of sick too, although like your line too

  • Ian Hill is a great bass player, he only shines in a few songs though.

  • i love that bass!!!! way better then origanal the bass is

  • Zodiak, this is hot man, big kudos to you and the LRRG crew. Very cool to see everyone rampaging Judas Priest, true love of the music.

  • Great job! Priest rocks, Love this album, "Bloodstone" is my favorite from it. I'ld like to see you guys do that one as well.

  • Excellent work from this virtual Maiden project! sweet bass line! Brilliant solo and sound! Keep up the good work fellow LRRG! Whats next on your song list?

  • A simple one...Looks that Kill.

  • called publicity

  • are you dumb? he said this is a NON iron maiden collab

  • where did iron maiden come from though.. thats really random

  • in his decription. he said for once its not a maiden collab

  • SOUNDS JUST LIKE PRIEST!

  • Excellent effort boys!! Another kick-ass video!!

  • Damn, I love your collaborations and your renditions on songs. You make everything sound better and that Rickenbacker is some nice Eye Candy for the bass lovers. I can't see the blogspot website. It keeps saying that there isn't a blogspot for LRRG.

  • Try LRRGS on blogspot

  • nice job with the priest! now how about some anthrax?

  • Awesome! Great cover, great song.

  • awesome stuff man!

love it when the fella top left (be that PDXguitar?) points to Satch before the solo! Great bit of web choreography =D

    nice

  • That was a great piece of choreography, but then gain, PDX is a pro poser. Check out his video on posing.....it's the best!

  • Wow Amazing idea, great cover BTW

  • I always wondered, why do you slap horizontally than vertically, hitting the string with your thumb? Your slap is..weeeeird

  • Wish I could say why. I taught myself everything I know, so it is just natural for me.

  • This is so awesome.

I have been inspired to start learning to play Bass guitar x]

  • Amazing rendition!

  • Clicking 5 here as well! Love that you guys covered The PRIEST!!!

  • wow awesome collab

  • I agree looks like I'm the weekest link! BUT you caused me to up my game LOOK OUT!lol

  • Nah, we just played different styles, you played your beats in clusters, and I played mine more straight and even because the album was that way. But really it is a question about style...you zigged and I zagged. I neglected to do my homework on that even though your vid came available long before I sat down to learn this tune. So its my bad that the bottom end is a bit loose.

  • Once again, always looking forward to the bass runs you throw in there... like I always say - you're the best on YouTube!

  • No I am not, LOL, but it is nice of you to say so.

  • dude you are definately one of the baddest bassists on YT. You could juggle 3-4 diff. collab bands with no problems at all.

  • No I can't, LOL, but it is nice of you to say so.

  • Man, it's frightening how much you guys rock. 80's rock music is so much more fun to listen to when you're playing it, man! Awesome job in both the playing, and in the producing... you're getting good at that, Rob!

    5/5, of course.

  • Thanks, Pook. To be honest, this is about as good as it gets without direct recording the guitars, a vocalist, or a center channel extractor program. I so wish I could get us to Virtual Zepplin production levels.

  • I'm not a big fan of Judas Priest, but I always dig your guys collaborations. Nice Work

  • Thanks....just a bunch of old grizzled vets playing the glories of yesteryear.

  • Wow, I'm really glad you guys did this one! It rawks! Great collaboration, 5/5 and faved. I remember the evening of October 28, 1982 at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto. Lucky me, I got to see J.P. on the Screaming For Vengeance Tour. My ears are still ringing.

  • I never had the pleasure, myself. Priest was okay, but like the Scorpions, it was metal that my friends listened to more than me. Great stuff, though...not that glammy crap that came later. Thanks for stopping by, bro.

  • u guys needs a singer

  • Tell me about it!

  • id do it, but i'm not metal singer

  • cool

  • thx.

  • Fucking loved it ganna go actually learn this on guitar now : D good job though dude.

  • Thanks, and good luck on the guitar learning...it's a great guitar tune. I still can't make a 6 string work for crap.

  • lol thanks dude and are you guys planning on doing alot of priest songs or you ganna go back to maiden or just something totally different?

  • Something totally different, most likely. We certainly have some more Maiden to do, but we are exploring some different bands and different sounds.

  • PRIMUS!!

  • LOL...doubtful. If I do more Primus collabs (I actually have one out there with the_john_of_steel), it will probably be with some different cats. This is my metal band....not my thrash band or my funk band, but my metal band. It is the kind of music all four of us like.

  • OMG!!!U GUYS ROCK!!!JUDAS PRIEST!!!

    do more priest!!painkiller pls!!!

  • Thanks Painkiller...That's a tough one!

  • sounds awesome dudes

  • thanks...mixing it has been a challenfe. I still have a lot to learn.
