The lines are an Enhanced Envelope Gun Sight (EEGS). It helps the pilot aim the correct distance ahead of his target based on his acceleration. When the targets is within the two lines and its wingtips meet the endges of the lines, you are aiing in the correct position.
the line moving in the center is a refrence funnel for the bullets, to the right is your range marked by bars Rmax 1 and rmax 2 to the left is your Airspeed

You have to admit that both Greek and Turkish pilots are some of the best pilots in Europe (just after the English). Dogfighting against each other for decades means gaining experience
i dont think this two airforces are the best. they dindnt have any action beside training. usaf and israel air force are strong two and had real action in their history, and also india air force.
USAF has action mainly against ground targets. And once a year they face an out-of-date MiG flown by an inexperienced pilot... or a helicopter. They shoot it down and say "We are heroes". Well that's really difficult!
And India air force and USAF don't have an alert twice a day against aircraft of the same type (F-16 vs F-16). India air force may have SU-35s for example, but if the opponent is far more experienced, its superiority is pointless.
