I am all in favor of medical weed but not legalizing across the board. In other words not for the hang nail.

I don’t know what MI definition of care giver is but mine. when it comes to any drugs is medical doc that has the right to prescribe medication. Not physical therapist, not a nurse, not some grower, not the wife who is being the taking care of victim of bone cancer.

You are the problem! Get Bouchard out! The law as it currently exists is quite clear. If you have a serious illness and can receive relief for your symptoms by using marijuana, you can can manufacture and possess marijuana.

Everyone's Cafe is not a dispensary. A transaction practically anywhere is legal between caregivers and patients, even in the parking lot. Read the law Sheriff!!!
