I use to with my TWA now I no longer co-wash daily. I shampoo wash and then deep condition weekly.

The same as you woould if you were shampooing once a week (or every other week). However you will every so often need to clarify with a shampoo this can be done twice a month or once a month...depending on your hair's condition...hth.

Really good review, thanks! I bought it, and it did the same thing with me. I wasn't sure if I was putting it on wrong, or something? But I'm glad I'm not the only one. By the way, on the back, when it has the "use me" thing, well the shampoo says to use it twice, I do that. Am I supposed to do that, or not?

I am not familiar with the shampoo. I only use the conditioner. However when I do shampoo (creme of nature) I shampoo twice. To make sure my hair and scalp are clean. I then follow up with a good conditioner (DRP-11, Organics Root Stimulater Deep Conditioner, Fortifying Conditioner). Hope this helps.

I've never used the Herbal Essences shampoo but I have used Creme of Nature Conditioning Shampoo....it works great. You can find it at Sally's Beauty Supply.

ok i just brought the shampoo and conditioner i use the shampoo omfg it left it realy dry i mean realy dry but the condition realy made it soft i give the shampoo no star and conditionner 5 star nessuse does better

This conditioner is a really good conditioner. However I have not had the opportunity to use it on relaxed hair, only on natural hair. You may want to consult your stylist being that I do not know the condition of you hair.

When I was relaxed I used Motions CPR that is a really good product for relaxed hair.

Girl you are GORGEOUS and your hair is HOT! I like how you coordinated your colors with the HEHH bottle :o). I am currently giving HEHH a try and I LOVE it. My top one is Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural for Women of Color as my co-wash condish and I use Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioning Repair Cream for my leave in and that makes my curls pop like WHAT!!! I have been natural for MANY years, but am about 2 months into the co-wash process and I love it!

I have a bottle of the Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural for Women of Color from when my hair was relaxed and I am definately going to use it. Thanks for the heads up. I also read some really great reviews about this conditioner being a great co-wash conditioner. Happy you are lovin your co-washing, it is the business.

I just finished using the Totally Twisted and I like it better than the Hello Hydration. I could not believe how much better it works. Now as for my next day hair it was a hott mess...lol. That was a great deal .39 wow, now that is a deal.

Hi SMF,

I use it for co washing, meaning I wash my hair with the conditioner instead of shampoo. Rinse it out then proceed with my leave in conditioner and Africa's Best Curl Keeper.

I've tried this product and had a bad experience....they should name this product hello dehydation.....it left my hair extremely dry and knotted...i give it 1/5 just because it has a nice smell and d bottle is cute
