I recommend to drill the holes first with a 5 mm (3/16) drill bit and then re-drill the holes with a 8mm (5/16) bit.

you have to be kidding right? step 2 and 3 just to drill the holes,what was that man,now I'm thinking that it has to be very difficult to drill a hole,did you do something special?
