It is my understanding that fluoride is chemically closely-related to lithium.

Lithium was one of the early tranquilizers used on people described as "bi-polar"

"Fraudulent Freudian diseases" as a whole other subject I won't get started on here, lol.

Anyway, Google "The Texas tranquilizer" to read about the docile town of El Paso, whose water is heavily laced with lithium.
