  • Different instructors almost always show the foot that is driving forward hitting the floor, however in your video your driving foot is not hitting the floor, so once and for all what is the correct way to do it? Or, do you have the option as to whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.

  • @xXburningrosesXx Haha I know the feeling! I just started on the Tabata training program, which combines 5 different types of exercises (including mountain climbers) over the course of 20 mins, I was ready to lie down and never get up afterwards.

  • @JayeEnLifeStyle ya, eating properly makes all the difference really...you can work out perfectly and get no results if you're nutrition is off (but you probably already know this)... I work with an awesome personal trainer and when he has clients do a mountain climber, he combines it with a classic "plank" exercise...which really impacts your core while you do the motions of a mountain climber...you may wanna try that out.
