@JayeEnLifeStyle ya, eating properly makes all the difference really...you can work out perfectly and get no results if you're nutrition is off (but you probably already know this)... I work with an awesome personal trainer and when he has clients do a mountain climber, he combines it with a classic "plank" exercise...which really impacts your core while you do the motions of a mountain climber...you may wanna try that out.
Lovely lady, a delight to watch. But more than that, she explained hte exercise excellently, especially the way in which you could use these sort of like intervals, speeding and slowing them alternately.
