So I've been looking for a look that brightens the eyes for school cause I never sleep lol and not something too dramatic but that is still worth doing in the morning instead of just a simple "eyeliner and mascara". I have green eyes if that changes anything. AND, I dislike liquid and gel eyeliner. Haha, this is probably confusing. If you do this it'd rock. Thx a bunch
