That's no loon. That's a local girl! Works at my dentists office. Besides, if they thought she was a loon the security wouldn't have boosted her up on stage! They wanted a cute blonde up there. And Billy Joel didn't seem to mind, did he?

Even better than her getting up there was that kid who jumped up and with Elton's permission, sat on his piano stool and proposed to his girlfriend out in the upper bowl of the arena.
