From what I understand, Sadistik has killed some girl in the bathroom, then people start realising, and I was quite emotional at the end with the flashbacks of the crying, but what's the story behind the ending? Like, when KK runs up him specifically knowing where he is. Is that smile a mirror of his "Sadistik" personality? Props for any answers.
