@MrButterworth24 I recommend leaving the door half open only to avoid tripping over it. You can leave the oven door all the way open and just be careful ;)

Made this and i don't know if anyone else had the same problem but it was much to thick so i added two more eggs to make it more spreadable, cooked it, chilled it and just finished my first piece and it’s extremely good :) So if anyone is having problems, just add extra eggs and it will be fine :) Thank you onepotchef !

Hey OnePotChef, I hate it when YouTube chefs call their recipes "food porn" because it just irritates me when the food doesn't measure up. (I've unsubscribed a few YouTube Chefs for overuse of unmerited food porn descriptors.) That being said, your chocolate cheesecake is absolutely food porn.
You think I could freeze this instead of waiting two hours after oven and then two hours in the refrigerator ? Maybe an hour in the freezer? You thing than would work?
@DiStergio No - the resting time in the oven stops the cheesecake from cracking. I don't recommend skipping this step. Freezing is also a bad idea. This recipe requires a bit of patience, but it's worth the wait ;)

@sSoloW I recommend allowing the cream cheese come to room temperature so it's nice and soft. It makes it easier to mix together :)
