Think about it why didn't Tyson just lose to Zeo and Max win the next 2 matches. They treat Tyson like he Michael Jordan. The dude didn't win that last championship on his own through the first series but the writers treat him like he did. So to wrap it all up the writers wanted to sacrifice max bit beast again so tyson could save the day.
