@Psykel918 youre funny dood.i tried and waited but my wingmen are always too busy for me :( clandestine flight. it wasnt scheduled. would you feel better if i would have invited a crew and not included you? a snap juudgement due to months of frustration winds were about 12 gusting I HAD to take her up just to see if she at least get off the ground. it was 0700 you have made it if i called the last minute i doubt it about This SATURDAY if the winds are 10 or less or you already have plans?
@cjupakk we had a rough winter here too...no sign of global warming. lots of snow and windstorms. nothing as bad as finland but we got our share of snow. i would fly in snow if it wasnt for the winds. Your f/a-18 is going to rip the sky with that configuration. will you have onboard video? that would be very nice to watch
@p3x197 the second super cyb was actually spare parts i had in case i crashed the original. but then i decided to buy an engine and esc on ebay for 25 dollars and an engine mount for 20 (aluminum) and there you go second cub!
the mentor is a step into bigger aircraft and ailerons. my second cub i put ailerons on it. dont worry just work and save your money.
@p3x197 hey thanks for the info, but how do you have a spare channel??
its future proof at least for a while. real future proof would be like a 14 channel! lol
the one positive about it its that it is very common for bind and fly.
i just dont like the way it looks and how it feels. there almost no tension on the controls. although not as popular of easy to bind and fly i like my Futaba 7c better. just personal preferrence.
How your Supercub going. I havnt flown mine since last october or something. My battery went wore out and ive never replaced it lol. then i go my Trojan and ive flown that ever since.(much better then supercub.
i have 2 supercubs, a blue one and the yellow one and i have the mentor and a blade cp v2. this was my first time out on the mentor, i built it last year but the winter here has been harsh. i still love my cub.
Ayy, when are you goin nitro buddy? I think ur ready!

Nice video again. Impressive quality! I still wait weather. Here in Finland have the snowiest winter like about 40 or 50 years.. boooring.
But, I have plan to make (more) modding to my F-18. I ordered two 55mm EDF to replace that one 64mm =)

I bought my Dx6i for my Parkzone T-28 and my Blade MSR. You can also use it on Bind n Fly models which i like.
For my t-28 these are the channels i used (ure probally not interested ,but what the heck)
Throttle
BEC
Flaps(y harness)
Aileron(y harness)
Elevator
Rudder
and i channel spare!
Yeh its not the best feeling transmitter but its future proof.

@p3x197 oh ok you had me confused for a bit when you said BEC i thought you meant UBEC in that case yes you got 5 with sixth aux unused.
stormranger6 1 year ago
yeah i added a turnigy 3A UBEC as i added Flaps and i wasnt to trusting with the one built in to the ESC.

very nice, why dont you get a spektrum dx6i? i did and i love it

@p3x197 i like the 7 channel Futaba 7c.
i need 7 channels. one for UBEC the other for the NAV/strobe light. besides the futaba has a better feel IMO.
