True both cars are fine American cars but it takes alot more to actually earn respect than to just chunk artificial power and brag about it. What did the vet have done to it to put 415 to the wheel? because they come with 405 but it's really 420 at the fly and 360 to the wheels. We have an 03 ZO6. So maybe you just dont know what rwhp is or there is something done to it. Glad to correct another vette owner.

And if you don't believe go look on the Kenne Bell website for the 2003-04 Cobra 2.8H Mammoth kit to see the results.

The Vette is a 2004 commemorative Zo6 (z16 package). Same car that ran the Nürburgring in 7:56 in factory form. Same car that can run the quarter in 12 sec flat. Terminators are cool, but that zo6 is in a different league.

No stock cobra is running 12.30-12.40's @ 116+ like the C5 Z06 did in every magazine. @08SilveradoLT Yeah I know. That's the set up I have on my Cobra. It activates at 95% throttle, but that only engages if you flip the switch to arm the nitrous. So yeah it's the same thing as a button.

I've Only run one Terminator and won 50 bucks!!! Best 2 out of 3 and I was 2 and 0. I have to assume the Cobra was stock and at the time my C5 coupe had cam and bolt ons. 380 to the tires. Love those cars, love stomping 'em more :) Good vid!!!

The Vette is a 2004 commemorative Zo6 (z16 package). Same car that ran the Nürburgring in 7:56 in factory form. Same car that can run the quarter in 12 sec flat. Terminators are cool, but that zo6 is in a different league.

Its made out of fiber glass, has way better suspension than the cobra, better braking system, same power naturally aspirated, and if you know how to take care of a car your interior wont be crap after 10k miles. Cobras are fats and nice but they all got the same problem they dry up on the 8th piston and blow the fuk up always.

No stock cobra is running 12.30-12.40's @ 116+ like the C5 Z06 did in every magazine. The best I've seen was 12.90 @ 110.8 *Screw the magazines, I go to the track every weekend and always see these cars racing. Stock for stock the C5 Z06 doesn't walk, it runs away from the cobra. Not even close man.

@Texarmageddon ive got an assumption im gonna go out on a limb here and say the z06 driver is a complete fatass...he weighs ATLEAST 1,000 lbs. this makes the cars weight 4100 plus a full tank of gas is 4200. the mustang driver and passenger are both anorexic and each weigh 75 lbs that makes the mustang weight 3750 and hes running on empty. due to the z06's uneven weight distribution to the drivers side the cobra wins. the owner has a nos fetish also, its not even hookd up he just likes the noise

I beg to differ...A stock 03-04 cobra is equally as fast as a stock C5 vette. It will not beat a C5 Z06. Stock the C5 Z06 runs 0-60 in 3.9 and Quarter mile in 12.4. There's no way the Cobra running a 4.5 0-60 and 12.9 quarter mile can beat the Z06.I owned an 04 Z06 and beat an 03 pullied cobra easy. Anyway, not trying to argue, but it is a fact.
