Part 3 : Here is a rough translation of my Japanese posting.

Japanese Aviation law (CAB), places the use of video cameras during take-off and landing on the same black list along with the use of cellular phones and wave transmitting devices and any violation is treated as a criminal act. The punishment in Japan is severe : A heavy fine or even a jail term. Stop this noncsence ! There is not a single survey proving any harm in the use of a video camera during take-off and landing.

この手の動画がYoutubeに大量に投稿されている現状からす­ると、1，2機は墜落しててもおかしくないですが、実際にはトラ­ブルになったことすらないと言われています。それはデジカメ程度­なら問題ないことをあらわしているのではないでしょうか。

私は離着陸時に撮影したことはありませんが、iPodを使うこと­はあります。日系以外では何も言われません。法律のあり方に非常­に疑問を感じざるを得ません。

HHmmm shouldn`t the pilot retract the spoilers once his speed dropped below 60 knots and taxing because in my experience when i land i retract my spoilers once i am about to enter the taxiway and also when the airspeed is below 60
