  • I gotta a question because the video only presents an exercise per day...

    I want to say, it's restricted to do an exercise per day, or can we do workout with another exercises about the muscle that you recomended to work? maybe at summary... REALLY IT'S AN EXERCISE PER DAY? I don't understand :S....

  • what a boring video. If I was a beginner the last thing in the world i d watch to motivate me and get me started in learning exercises would be this video.BUT its still a good video, even tho I think they should put some text so folks can learn the names of the exercises and so on
