Litzena, as others have mentioned, I don't find this bad at all. And the pic on the back of her album is beautiful. She is 100% clothed, American Idol is not going to put out an all Christian album but hers and Scotty's is a mix. Even Carrie had Last Name, Before He Cheats, etc.... if you do want only the cuts with a religious angle, you can download those tracks on ITunes. I have teenaged kids and believe me, Georgia Peaches is clean!! Some of this other stuff, whoa. Explicit Sticker!

@lfc1102 Dirt Road Prayer and The Locket are much better than this. Georgia Peaches obviously is attempting to be provocative; even the back of Lauren's CD looks like she was propped up against the wall after I don't know what. I think she'd do better trying to retain her innocence and not let a sex crazed industry try to destroy her at just sixteen by sexualizing her too much at just sixteen. Leave that stuff for the queen Lady GaGa!

@LitZena i don't find anything too provocative about Georgia Peaches. If you listen to the lyrics it's actually a sassy yet sweet song. there is nothing sexual about this song, you're wrong. Lauren is sassy by nature and that's who she will always be and that's what her fans LOVE about her personality, this song fits her to a tee. Apparently you're the first i've seen to make such comments. so give it a break will ya? ;)

SLFan34.... Well, I hope you are wrong, that after agreeing to sell the song, she tries to record it herself.  That seems, oh, you know what is seems like. I read an article and Mallary publicly is saying she is very happy to be a part of this project. She will never be a trusted song writer for major artists if she tries to play both sides of the street. If you wrote one, you can write another. That would be my advice.

@mommynab Mallary is happy to have Lauren record two of her songs, especially to have this one be the next single. Mallary won't release the song as her single, it would just be an album cut for her fans. Look at Brantley Gilbert. Just starting up his career, wrote a few smash Jason Aldean songs. However, he's got those songs on his album. Mallary won't steal the spotlight from Lauren's song, it would just be something for Mallary's fans who heard the song before Lauren cut it.

Interesting fact about Lauren and Mallary: They are both from the same area ... northwest Georgia just outside Chattanooga. They grew up 30 to 45 minutes from each other. I know this because Mallary and I share hometowns. Both sweet girls and so excited for them both!
