If Im playing a cover of a song, and there's a pause in the song where the guitar stops playing for some seconds.. will it stop recording when i dont play ?
If i play something with my amp, with distortion, will i get the distortion sound when i add it to my computer then? Some people say you dont, but .. you got the distortion sound.. Please reply fast, because im maybe getting this for Christmas.
@JSkate96 If u doing a cover for a song , and if the song pause and u don't play anything , your backtrack will stop recording , but if u using the Force Record Mode , the record wont be stop until you press the '' Mark '' button.
and for record your guitar with distortion , u need a pedal effect . u wont get any distortion sound directly record from amp . Only Backtrack + can record distortion sound directly from the amp by using the mic recording function
hello, how did you save the guitar rock sound, because it saves me just a normal sound like acoustic guitar... I'm using guitar efects,..sorry for my english
Hey man I didn´t undersand with you can record as a loop..like you record the bcking track and them jam along and record again with the solo part along with the backing track..is it possible ?
Or like I have a boss me20 can I put in the input of the pedal a backing track and jam recording both simultaneously ?
How do you connect your Pod Farm to the Line 6 Backtrack? I would like to know that. Also I would like to know, can I drag Files over in the Backtrack such as Backingtracks?
I've just ordered one. Been meaning to for ages. I do all my recording with DAW software, but of course sometimes you're not set up, or not near the computer, and you lose the idea before you can save it.
Hey, how good is the quality (highest setting) when you plug something right into the jack. I was wondering if I pulgged my little mixer into this thing is the quality good enough for actual recordings, not just demos? Would I then be able to edit them with software to make them sound GOOD?
I think I'm gonna buy that one, sure sounded nice when you where plugged in, but a bit "muddy" as you "said" with that built in mic.
the second song you play, is that one of your own? or maybe all of them are yours... but anyways, you wouldn't happen to have tabs to that second one, and be willing to share it? =P
@kennygohweizhi hi xD i just orderd one and i have a question. If i plug it in my line 6 pod xt and my guitar. Will it sound like the sound i have on my pod ?
I use a Boss Br-600 for all of my recording. It has tons of effects and other features in it. Something like this looks like its used only to record a guitar part, not the whole song.
can you record bass too?

what are your Line 6 backtrack utility settings??
leroygab95 1 year ago
So, you can use this as a direct record device AFTER the effects pedal, not just with a clean signal?

to the right of the input jack, there's a big circle on a different side. is that another mic, or wat is it?

@poprostudaniel moviemike000 asked the same question and I'm afraid you cannot do so.

I just love how you can "set and forget"

Is the mic all that great, or should I go with the mic-less backtrack?
ziger824 2 years ago
Not sure about how good the mic is, but I know the one with the mic has more memory than the cheaper, micless version
Greensmurf 2 years ago
@ziger824 i don't now the sound quality with the mic test is way worse than the real one. I have to say the mic is a great advantage.

or do you have to use electric drums
movieMike000 2 years ago
so can you have the guitar pluged in and then record the drums with the built in mic
movieMike000 2 years ago 2
@movieMike000 I'm afraid not.
