I should know I broke my collar bone twice within a four week period, but came back the next year and took it all, city and state. well if you are at the bottom of your class, you try to lose weight so you are at the top of another one and still be strong, and if ur at the top of ur weight class you try to bulk up for your class. For example, i was 64kg but i only weighed 62kg, so i cut a kilo by working out and was at the top of the 61kg weight class. I'm hoping to hit 64 next year though.
