@EllieC120 They probably had Amanda on diuretics and other medicine to flush excess stuff out of her system and better control the clot busting medicine they had her on. Also, she is on a modified diet. If you go from eating 4,000 or 5,000 calories a day to only 1200 calories a day, you're still going to loose weight.

Really, these people seriously need psychological help as well as work out. Trainers are not psychologists. In fact it would be better to first work out emotional issues, then they would be able to lose weight on the outside as well and wouldn't need a TV show for it.
