Pretty darn good flying overall. You didn't pinch any of your loops, bit more nose up in the snap rolls and pay just a bit more attention to tracking the horizon in the turns back to the box..Refer to about the 3:10 mark and watch the nose as it tracks the horizon nicely then drops just a little bit..For a first time attempt I would give it high marks, that's for sure....
The Swick STC includes removal of the yoke and installation of a stick- makes it a much better aerobatic control system. Here in the US we do not have owner mx, we have experimental. This airplane is still standard catagory.
Rocking the wings signals the start of your sequence to the judges. It is a requirement for aerobatic competition. For airshows this is obviously not required.
A little nose up helped some but increasing the airspeed a little and not burying it seemed to work best. It is a great snapping airplane but with just 100 hp you really have to time it so you end up with enough airspeed to fly out of it. I am really new at this and am pretty much self taught from flying RC airplanes. This means I have lots of bad habits to break ;)
Have you tried to go a little nose up on the snap before you apply rudder? I was wondering if it would allow you to recover without the positive stick input. It looked kinda like you were trying to maintain altitude on the recovery and had to work pretty hard to do so. It may just be the way the Taylorcraft has to do it. I have no idea. It looks really good though. Keep up the good work.

I noticed you have a joystick instead of 2 yokes.. was it already like this or did you mod it on owner maintenance?
