@OfficialAmazing No problem man. I was arrested for possession of 2 dimes and I was only fined 100 dollars. It really depends on where you live and how strict the law is there. It can be a felony to have a lot of weed on you but i'm pretty sure whever you live, 7 nicks isn't enough to be counted as a felony anyways. peace and pot!

@1125423 I Went To Court, I Was The First 1 There At 8:30am. It Started At 9:10am The Judge Called My Name I Walked Up and He Said Your Case Is Dismissed Don't Come Back Again and I Was Out The Door By 9:15am. The Whole Thing Starting From The Arrest Was A Waste Of Time.

I fully support the legalization of Marijuana for personal use, but these people are yelling at the wrong group. The law enforcement officers are there to ENFORCE the laws, not create them. I want more protests to occur but they must occur at the lawmakers offices. They are the ones who rid the country of prohibition. The police must do this in order to keep their job and income. Bottom line: Pot is still illegal so law enforcement must still do their job.

Actually I grew up 12 of my 22 years in Germany and Marijuana is and has always been illegal in Amsterdam/Holland/ the Netherlands what ever you call it they just put a certain measure on it making the least of the police worries so they just over look it.....their police force thinks they have better things to do like solve murders and catch rapists and such makes sense right......lol but yea it is still illegal and they have a very delicat procedure to keep the coffee shops running!

We can't use that strategy anymore. We lay low and they continue to pick us off one at a time. At least at the rallies, it's a bold act. They're usually held on a weekend and you won't be arraigned until the following Monday morning. A good number of these kids get an attitude adjustment from the police when the get downtown.

I'm quite familiar with the definition of civil disobedience. My point was that it's a waste of time to yell and taunt the police officers because they don't make the laws of the city/state/nation. An elected legislative body makes the laws and the police enforce them.
