@WarriorLaurie The people who were there at the party probably knew if there was a child of that age and description at the party. Obviously if a kid who looked like that was actually at the party, that might explain it, but I think the people at the party would have ruled that one out.

GOLD! and those who think it is fake...all I can say is look carefully through your own photos. Usually there is anomolies in photos that have that reddish tint...BY THE WAY @LauraGG86 ..the child is not the only face in this photo...There is also a man's face on the curtain (on the right side of the guy standing in the middle). He has a moustache and is positioned in the middle of those two streaks of light. His head is slightly bigger than the "real" mens, and is lookin at the man on left

Look closer...There is also a man's face LOOK AT THE TOP LEFT SIDE **OF THE RIGHT CURTAIN**, ( It is sort of next to the right shoulder of the guy standing in the middle) his head is slightly bigger than the "real" mens heads, he seems to have a moustache and is looking at the man on the left hand side of the picture.. Does anyone have or know where i can find the actual photo of the ghost of Laura Arroyo that appeared in a blank billboard in Chula Vista back in 1991? They said many people went to see the ghost in the billboard that would appear at night of the girl, and they took photos and even videos of it. I have been searching for one of those photos to see the ghost of the girl but i can't find any! If you have one or know where i can find it to see it, it would help me A LOT! !

I had a ghost experience so i dont discount anything, but i would say 99% of everything ive seen online is fake. This could be real or this could be a trick of light reflecting off the cabinet behind. Or there is a plate set at that end of the table, maybe someone sitting there on the edge of a 20 year old fading picture.

Hey, Well first of all as I stated earlier, the photo has not been tampered with. It is a rather old photo, the photo appears to be a ghost of a child and in fact there were no children at that party. Also it is my grandmas house which is known to be quite haunted as strange occurences happen there and even I do not want to go to her house due to experiences I had there as a child.
