Wrong wrong wrong! When cutting the foil you should always cut on the lower lip of the bottle opening. This will prevent the need for wiping and potentially adding contaminants to the opening of the bottle and changing the taste of the wine.

My goodness, you too, like other people on YouTube are doing this wrong, turned the bottle to cut the foil.

It's the other way around, cut the foil WITHOUT turning the bottle!
