  • @toulouselau You could heat it up, but if you use the high power blender, you won't need to cuz it will heat up from the blending. With too much heat, tho, your raw ingredients will lose some of the living enzymes, but it will still be better than a lot of stuff you could have.  Blessings with love, Shalom

  • That looks yummy! Wondering.. how many calories does it have per cup or so?

  • It will vary according to how much celery you use and if you use a whole meal's serving of Protein Powder or just half in order to save half for another dish. It isn't going to be much, though. Probably about 200 max total...and it makes more than a cup. You just have to crunch the numbers...it is not a rigid recipe so that one can use however much celery they have left for the day. Sorry to not be more accurate, but it is important on this Protocol for folks to learn amounts as they go!
