Glenmont jobcorps facilty (Albany NY)and staff gets away with the unehtical policies as they have been fined by D.O.L for phoney placements to qualify for a nice peice of the stimulus pie package, in short  they pay the fine w/tax dollars- to qualify to recieve more tax dollars, How does this work?
