Lincoln was a monster! He turned the entire might of the Federal government against U.S. citizens! He suspended the Writ of Habeas Corpus! It is clearly stated in the Declaration of Independence that the south had the right to secede and there are many more unconstitutional acts and laws that he passed! Every major nation in the world that had slavery...ended it without a civil war!!! And we consider him great???

Well grant was a know war monger, he would go into Mexico *(texas) and shoot up mexicans... even cross the Rio grand. He was awful president, One thing about Lincoln he appointed members of his cabinet from all parties of the time... thats why hes call the great unifier...

And Lincoln was often sick and in metal distress durring last few years of the war.

but for individual abuses i'm not so well verse right of the top of my head.

He is that rare first class statesman. We are fortunate to see one or two such leaders in our life times. Ron Paul is the third I've seen in my life time. By all circumstances, he is the rarest of the breed and would have the greatest impact. After restoring the Constitution, returning to sound money, all other concerns are petty.
