i think that a good killer is scariest with a knife, wearing all black and either a mask or a very ver y creepy face. i think the killer should be no where and everywhere at the same time, if you know what i mean. that's just my opinion :) hope i helped!

Honestly I'm not sure what makes a "scary" movie in general anymore. Hollywood sure forgot. I was always into the less is more approach, there's nothing darker and more horrafying as the imagination. However on the flip side I alwasy felt that the boy nextdoor touch was nice, make is seem like it could really happen and play on people paranoia. Perhapse just a plain faced person, too psychotic and focussed to care about hiding thier face and a knife. Just my opinion.

My opinion of how a killer could be scary is they have to have a knife (preferably old and rusty) creepy music played in their movie (like Michele meyers) and a mask or even if they dont have a mask it shouldn't show their face very much and a scary atmosphere helps such as an Asylum

A slasher movie? No offence, but I find slasher movies to be one of the most boring genres in the business. If it had been supernatural horror with a good story and a clear ending, then we would be talking.

I find it to be the opposite. Supernatural horror movies bore me. They are all the same. I suppose the same could be said about slasher movies, yet for some reason I find them more entertaining (the good ones anyway). "Dark Reel" doesn't look to be one of them.

actually it is a good film, this is the best trailer for it.

The other one made a huge mistake by mixing the very spoof scenes of a movie, within in the movie, fooling people thats an actual scene , and vice versa.

Its a good film, and then there's Lance Henriksen.
