I've read some of the articles and the windmills built in the U.S. are (outdated) Meaning that they have perchs in their mills for birds to live in and thinner fan so that they would spin faster which yea birds will mostly die. But the windmills in this video are updated windmills (no perch & bigger fans spinning much slower less likely to kill birds)

That is a good say, but is very biased. We see an every effective government who led the country out of poverty; and now is moving to next step by being very environmental conscious. This video is a clear proof (one of the many green energy projects I know). CA leads the world in auto exhaust laws:40mg/km for both petrol and diesel cars.
China's law is 76 to 120 mg/ km. (Euro III), that's 2 generations behind Euro 5, the current standard in Eurpe. And almost a decade behind California's auto standards.

Windmills have negative environmental impacts also: they kill huge numbers of birds, especially raptors, and they kill huge numbers of bats.
The American Wind Energy Association, the industry's trade group, states that each megawatt of windpower kills up to 6 birds per year. Others believe more. In 2008, the U.S. had about 25,000 megawatts of wind turbines. That's about a million birds killed each year for 1% of the US's power.
China doesn't have the laws to protect wildlife like the US.

To edify you. China complies with the Euro III standard. The current European standard is Euro 5. The Euro 6 standards, to be enforced after 2014, will be weaker than those in California and ten other American states (40mg/km for both petrol and diesel cars): An American consumer can buy a super-clean Mercedes diesel today in their local dealer, while a German will have to wait until 2015 to buy something even remotely similar. I've read some of the articles and the windmills built in the U.S. are (outdated) Meaning that they have perchs in their mills for birds to live in and thinner fan so that they would spin faster which yea birds will mostly die. But the windmills in this video are updated windmills (no perch & bigger fans spinning much slower less likely to kill birds)
Over a billion birds die each year just hitting into peoples windows, cars, plane turbines, and etc.

iysum US and France tests by in large where open sites after tests, and sites were cleaned up relative to what other countries did. China has LEFT the contamination on its soil and HAS contaminated over 100,000 of its own people ,this is 100% fact. There is no double standard, other than the standards china doesnot meet ie lead,water,paint,pharmacey product contamination,food contamination (cheating in pet food addatives)and were caught. I am curious. How do you know that China does not clean up the contamination? Have you visit the sites? China would stupidly leave the contamination there as it is their land. It is not consistent from the China I know as the government is increasing conscious of environment matters. They know that nature will revenge. That is a good say, but is very biased. We see an every effective government who led the country out of poverty; and now is moving to next step by being very environmental conscious. This video is a clear proof (one of the many green energy projects I know). I dont see many governments that are spend this much effort on green energy as Chinese government do, (By the way, no Chinese think Chinese government is a communist government). You need to update your knowledge about China.
