Law-abiding citizens in Chicago need to have guns for protection. The simple fact is that you can't rely on the police for protection, the police can't be everywhere all the time.

what were seeing is the outcome of parents on drugs parents in prison or dead and its getting worse tons of kids growing up in poor violent areas with no hint of parental guidance and this is what happens when all those bad seeds get together and feed of eachothers ignorance.
the police cant be with the teenagers every second...the parents need to help those kids not the cops...its all about choices..and were they even taught that everything has an outcome by those choices you make...dont be sad i feel the worse is yet to come...for all of us ( MEANING ALL RACES)
