  • @riffbaama These are just abs exercises. They activate the abdominal musculature. They will not give you a six pack. To achieve a six pack you'll need to reduce your body fat levels. The trick to reducing your body fat levels is reducing your consumption of refined carbohydrates like RICE, BREAD, PASTA, SUGAR, SODA, etc.. Do that while keeping your exercise intensity high and support your workouts with nutrient dense foods. Think veggies. Red meat, poultry, and fish. Thank you for watching. :)

  • @MFRoosy16 I've been training for more than 20 years. You build up your strength over time with commitment and consistency. When I started I couldn't hang on the bar that long. I just held on as long as I could. :)

  • @HunFighter100 What's "cool" varies from person to person. Some people will think it looks cool, since you can't change your genetics you might as well accept it and embrace it. Don't worry. Be happy.

  • @HunFighter100 Your six pack probably isn't "deformed." The shape of your abs is determined by the placement of tendinous inscriptions that are placed on the rectus abdominus. That placement is different for everyone. There's nothing you can do about it so just be happy. :)

  • Dude I need help, I cant seem to burn off my lower and side belly fat no matter what workouts i do, I do cardio(sprints and ropes), compound weights mostly core excercises and follow a low carb-high protein and fiber diet... but still i can only see improvements in my upper abs, lower and side are a pain.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies sorry kinda busy lately, my usual diet i eat fish or eggs for breakfast lunch i eat fruits and lean meats and i keep it mostly veggies during diner. Sometimes I replace meat with fish as much as i can.

  • @sillybilly0304 You can get strong and muscular just using your own body weight. If I could only do five exercises I'd do: 1. Pull ups. 2. Push ups. 3. Dips. 4. Squats. 5. Hanging leg raises. The key to gaining strength and muscle is PROGRESSION and proper nutrition. If you've hit puberty you'll probably see results fast :)

  • leg raises work the best... do like 10 sets of 15 at night b4 bed every other day and ull get a 6 pack in a month or 2

  • @Blu3zClu3z SOOO TRUE but 10x15 is WAY too hard I started with 10x10 and went to 7x15 then 5x20 and my next goal is 4x25 , as you can see i try to keep the overal repetitons close to 100 and i got a EIGHT pack in 5-6 weeks !

  • @dagoodstuff12 For #2, instead of slamming the ball into the ground you could just hold a dumbbell. For #12, #13, #14 and #15 you could use a bag of rice or sand or even a pillow. Seriously, you'll feel it in your abs even with a pillow.

  • I have a huuuge question : does soccer, cycling, running, chopping wood, basketball count as a workout??? For example : today i am doing a cycling workout instead of a leg workout. Is the workout replaceable??? Because i do normal workout, but besides that, i also go cycling about 1-2 hours, playing soccer, etc. pls respond!

  • @robdoubletrouble Soccer, cycling, running, chopping wood and basketball are all great exercise. Fun stuff. You should train according to your goals. If you want muscle size that requires a certain training strategy. If you want to improve cycling performance that would require a different strategy. What is your goal?

  • @robdoubletrouble If your #1 goal is to get bigger muscles and size, you'll need a calorie surplus of at least 500 calories per day to gain one pound of lean muscle each week. Also, you'll need to progressively increase the intensity of your training by increasing the volume of weight that you lift or by decreasing the amount of rest you take between between sets. Cut back on soccer, cycling, running & basketball too. All are great exercises but won't help you gain size like strength training.

  • @ugtpowned Thank you! How will these workouts effect you when you're older? When you're older you'll be a manly man, not a girly man. Seriously, at your age you have an abundance of testosterone. Testosterone is the male sex hormone and plays a key role in building muscle mass. Workout hard now and you'll build muscle memory. This will help you stay fit and lean for the rest of your life.   • @flyingfaustino These exercises strengthen the abdominal muscles. Your abs may get slightly larger. If you already have low body fat abs exercises will make your abs "POP" and stand out even more. In addition to six pack abs, since you have low body fat doing these exercises three times a week will probably make your external obliques and serratus anterior muscles visible too.

  • @C0dglitcher22 Thanks man. I'm not sure, but you may be growing too fast for your skin to keep up. Stretch marks appear when there is rapid stretching of the skin from rapid growth, weight gain and during puberty. Ab exercises will not make your marks go away. Creams and ointments also provide little value. The marks will disappear after the cause of the skin stretching is gone - when you stop growing.

  • @TheAVDProductions Isolating your abdominals isn't the solution to make them visible. The fastest way is to burn the fat covering your abs by with high intensity interval strength training that targets the largest muscle groups in the body. The new workouts on my channel are designed for that purpose. But if your body fat percentage is less than 15% your abdominals may show just by increasing your activity level. You'll may get fastest results if you also create a calorie deficit.

  • @TheAVDProductions working out the abs isn't enough to get those awesome abs. You also must have a strict diet, poor in fat, rich in proteins, but also do cardio 30 min - 1 hour a day. My humble opinion... :)

  • @vagvll These exercises won't give you six pack abs. These exercises strengthen and build the abdominal muscles. You can get abs without doing any of this stuff. It all starts with your fork.

  • @nexstosic007 I don't see anyone saying that "diet" alone is responsible for six pack abs. Clearly, it's not diet only. Progressive resistance training focusing on muscle hypertrophy, with some exercises targeted at the core musculature, will make the abdominal muscle more defined... Hahaha.

  • @joka232 ...to momentary muscular failure - until you can't do anymore. These exercises will not give you six pack abs though. To get six pack abs you'll have to reduce your body fat levels to about 12-15% (or less) of your total body composition.

  • @garysaran Stop doing any movement that is uncomfortable. That sounds uncomfortable. Also stop if you feel any discomfort, pain, or other symptoms, and seek medical advice. Your top priority is to stay healthy. Work your way up to the more challenging movements.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies I went to chiropractor today. She adjusted my back and ribs. seems like problem is gone so far. I think it was just temporary. lot of cracking joints. lol. Thanks for your advice though. she said the same thing about not to push myself if it doesn't sound or feel normal.

  • HardTimesHardBodies please reply, Im 17 and really wanna tone my abs and overall body. Cardiovascular exercise like running and swimming added with these Exercises... Will it help achieve this?? Also If I were to do 40 minutes of running and half hour of Ab workout how long do you think it would be before I could see changes.. (I am on a balanced diet) and not overweight... I just want to tone up.

    Feedback would be much appreciated.

    i know that your not asking me but i thought i would tell you anyway haha.

    im 17 aswell and do these types of ab workouts- definitely advise running/swimming for atleast 15 minutes before these exercises as it helps aerobically and gets the the muscles warmed up. also, you could see change within a couple of weeks or a month or 2, its different for every person.

    hope this helped in someway.

  • @TheRealTingAling Try pre-exhausting your abs with #13 then move onto the hanging abs exercises. You should feel that in your abs more.
