Thanks for posting these videos up -- particularly THIS episode! I would never have imagined rediscovering it. When I heard "Haven't You Heard" that Sunday evening (I was in junior high school then), I went to a music store in Ali Mall (Odyssey I think was the name) to buy the "Pizzazz" cassette containing this song. That started my "love affair" with Patrice Rushen! See what Penthouse 7 could do? :)

Thank you for your appreciation. We picked the best songs we could find to dance to and, after all these years, it's nice to know that the trouble we went through was worth it. We're still scrounging around for old clips -- unfortunately, the library of our videos have been lost.

They may have created an uppity image but you could tell they were indeed from the upper crowd. No matter, it was fun watching them, and now it stirs nice memories of the 70s and early 80s before it became Penthouse live.

I hardly missed the show when it was aired live on Ch 7. LOVED the dance moves and was trying to pick up some steps. But i hated the high society, burgoise pretension crap! Archie and the gang were awesome. Was a fan and still am. Missed the good old 70s. Best decade of the century.! Happy to lived in this era.

Hey, that high society stuff was just for show, this was run on a shoestring budget but made the station heaps of money. It was a lot of fun putting it together, the group was like one big family. We're all glad to have made a difference in some way. Thanks for your appreciation, it made our blood, sweat and tears poured into our weekly performance worth it.

I've watched the Penthouse 7 group earlier at SOP and it was great to watch them party once again. I used to watch them when i was little together with my elder sisters. Same as other channel 7 shows like 2 for the road, discorama. What can i say, channel 7's got class. Congratulations on their reunion!

Sorry but the archives of GMA 7 of the show disappeared in a fire. These videos were taken from what members of the group have kept in their old trunks. We haven't yet been able to locate a lot of the hustle numbers.
