Partially because New Getter didn't have Shin/ Shine Spark. It had the Final Getter Tomahawk though. Also partially due to the fact that NEW wasn't built with the Shine Spark incorporated (thus going into the theory of the Getter-verse)
I'm quite impressed with how this FDS turned out pretty interesting. Not only it gave a new badass feeling to it (which is essential, since we have already the Crazy Ryoma from the Getter OVA's now), but also looked like a regular Final Dynamic Special, although it still has some flaws, like the absence of a proper theme, and instead having the theme of the unit who used it (In this case, Sora Tobu Mazinger Z, since the same used it.)
Not as good as SRWZ's version, but still pretty awesome.
