Hey I need help. I'm a sophomore and throwing only like 125 but I'm not big I just use speed. Idk how to get it farther I feel like I'm stuck on a plateau. So if you have any tips I'll take them.

im a freshman and hit 155 in our last meet with the 1.6k...but the farthest i threw with the 1k in middle school was 144

I'm a freshman and am throwing around 90' now. In high school. We have a junior throwing 190's, He's a beast. And 60's in shotput.
