You hit on the right points. You may want to "focus" on how these little cameras "focus" more in the future. I bought a Bloggy Touch and was all excited, then I noticed it had an extremely hard time focusing. Keep up the good work!
Interestingly enough I was considering the TM900 all day today then I stumble up your video. I think I want to sell my DSLR and invest into the TM900. I needs me some slow motion! I can't stand the lameness of 30fps. How long have you had it?
@0Kimchi0 Just a few months. I'm still trying to get the hang of it.. like every camera there are things I like and things I don't. The main reason I like it is that it can be manual when I want it.. or set on auto when I'm on the go.
Ok I'm sorry to do this, but if you could take the time to watch our videos and maybe subscribe it would mean a lot, you might be surprised thank you for your time :)
Macro seems to be better for Vlogging. The wind noise is not bad at all! I get just a little wind and my Vado really rumples loud. The low light is not bad, but I think my lesser quality Vado handles low light a little better. I am curious as to how fast in compensates from shadow to full sun light, or from room light to outdoor light - if it temporarily washes out like most pocket camcorders. Overall - I think I would like one if I could afford it :-)
If the light on this is similar to past models don't expect much, like you are anticipating, unless you are focusing on something close. How well is the motion stabilization performing on this one?
@MrWalterShow Yes, It's oddly designed. I can't help but think that they designed this thing years back and just recently rolled it out with "HD" internal technology.
geez man you must have an army of these little handheld pocket cameras lying around. Since it says the macro is 20 inches out... I would expect your face to be in better focus on that setting holding it the way you did, unless you were LeBron James with really long arms, even at 6'1" my face is about 24 inches from where I would hold the camera like that. As for the eye shift, if you were a bit further away it would be less noticable.
@MeccaVideoPro I'm honestly not trying to collect them. I purchased this one mostly because I haven't seen anyone else post anything, and the front LCD seemed to make sense.
The quality of the picture if you put it on 1080 is pretty impressive though. If they could fix the really bad rolling shutter that wouldn't be a bad camera.
The macro setting looks better for close-ups like this. Focus falloff is more gradual behind the plane of focus anyway, so even if you had a subject that moved away a foot or so it would still look somewhat in focus. It actually looks better facing into the sun. There is enough shadow detail so that it doesn't look dark and the flares together with the general gradation make it look cinematic. However when your face is lit by the sun the blow-outs are extremely harsh and unattractive.
Hi KnopTop I saw this video of your and was so excited that I ended up purchasing the last one from amazon.... :)
I just wanna know whats the battery life like?? My lasts around 25 Mins with Full HD :(

There are some mica with a headphone plug. If not you could always get an adapter.
