Really like the look of this - but only one rca output?? Yeah, there are XLR outs, but it's a bedroom mixer, did they forget to include the record/booth out???!! Makes the Xone 22 a little bit more appealing.....

@djandyg - I own the Xone 22. The Xone 22 may have two RCA outputs, but the pop heard when activating the filters is terrible. I've been thinking about swapping for the 250, because my monitors are KRK Rokit 6s which I use for making demos (I just use the XLR outs), and the fact that more and more DJs are using Serato setups kinda makes needing a "record" RCA out less and less necessary.

I am definitely buying this one! Because it is affordable-small and delicate for home- also a good mixer option for those nights where Laptop/Controller only DJs need a hub to the PA that doesn't take a lot of room from the booth.

But: Where is the pioneer quality 2 ch. mixer with the classic efx from the 400, the noise efx from the 350 and the hp and lp filter from the 250 and midi?? Why do you always have to buy 4 ch. pioneers for all the good stuff??

@FreddyH88 the 4 channel pioneer mixers still have the cheap alpha faders not build to last..the only 2 mixers with a decent crossfader are the djm707/909 and the djmt1..well im a scratch dj so my needs are a bit different from urs i guess

@djpio707 Even if i think that those from pioneer are still not the worsest for scratching (own a djm 700) the thing is that if you nessesarily need a better crossfader you can build in something like an innofader into the most mixers after all. This is not possible with functions like midi compatibility and efx (not talking about an external efx unit, no sent/return available anyway)

The 707 = no efx/midi

909 = no midi

djmt = no efx

still a bit disappointing...

nothing much to say about this mixer.. its only a mixer, and that's all. mixer is for mixing, so i think it does the job well... pretty cool though... for beginners it will do great, even greater than other hi-tech mixers i think.. just to practice and get better in mixing, not focusing on effects and other stuff when you don't know how to use the EQ first :)

@djbrambo at djm 350 and 400 is the same.. and I don't think it was a problem there..why it should be a problem on 250?? :) yes on the bigger pro mixers are on top because there is more space and it doesnt upset you while using the cross fader

@djbrambo Hi scratch mixers have the headphone connector on the front to keep the crossfader area as free as possible when going between decks.
