  • It is quite easy to turn on motion blur. I thought your question would be how to "apply deph of field". Therefore, I had turned on a video. Motion blur is almost as easy to produce. At one point in the video you can see also a blur effect. But I will make again a video with motion blur.

  • the only reason the pants only look 3d is because he uses a 3d cylindrical meshes with a flat black texture for a line look and the head and hair are meshes with cell shading to give the look of an outline.
