I'm ignoring like 90% of the retarded comments on this video, but I'd like to point out it's impossible to say someone is "mainstream dubstep" and "not real dubstep" at the same time. It's like saying Ben and Jerry's is ice cream, but not really ice cream. It doesn't make sense. Just because you don't like something, doesn't suddenly mean it's inherently less true to what it is than everything else. Then you have your just starting artists who are making their own sounds and producing their own music. and another term for it is if they're sighned to a record label or not. If they are, they're mainstream. If they dont, they're declaired under ground. And "dubstep" isnt a term for music.

He makes electronica music with dubstep elements for 90% of his songs. And hes even said this in interviews. He doesnt consider himself dubstep, but everyone else does. Hence hes mainstream dubstep but not dubstep. The music skrillex makes is not dubstep, aside from 4 or 5 songs. Just because he has the skrill vox in a song doesnt make it dub...
