dude I used this program to record a movie clip for a music video and it was laggy as HELL!

I set it to record 50 frames per second, I dont know if that helped, I will make a tutorial on everything I used though

I like to use this software to edit footage from fraps, but my preview window video lags way behind the audio. Did that happen to you or did you only use it as a recorder?

I didnt record any audio, the only audio I can get it to record is actual audio from my microphone, I havent figured out how to record internal sounds like when I watched the youtube video
