So for people saying kobe is slow its meant to be that way. He worked on different twitch fibers (high jumper muscles) of course saying just that is an oversimplification. However people like D wade and lebron james train those fast explosive ground muscles (hence they run faster but don't jump as high because those muscles make you heavier.) Generally speaking.
