Norwegian Parade in Ballard, WA

hm i remember this year in ballard so funny this little kid was cheering on and i turned my head to him and he yelling DON'T MESS UP DON'T MESS UP then later on in the parade this little boy one of the drum majors a laffy taffy then more into the parade some kids were jump all crazy like
