This video gave me a big smile. My late, great, parrot pal, Fenwick, used to do this. His cage was by the telephone and it wasn't long before he was mimicking what he thought he heard, right down to the intermittent laughter.
My parrot does the same thing but we can never catch him on camera. My son is a dancer and our bird busts some moves too but roll out the camera and he gets shy!
Quite amazing! One can tell that this parrot has a very friendly and cheerful person after whom to model his speech. Both the parrot's imitation of laughter, as well as Grumpmcgump's "transcription" above, are hilarious!
Oh, I know actually that I, um, enjoy the slow burn and then let the squirrel burn and open with its paw yarn. Ahahahahaha. Oh, did your dad call back with the fries? 'Cause he wanted the back paw word to poke his head. Eheh. Ahahahaha. Oh, you would call back with the pot burger on his head, call, pull her out. Oh, brought out for your head, don't give him the pot further than the throwback cook. Ahahaha. About, uh, twelve Beirut pot urn! Ahahaha.
Too damn funny.

The owner of this parrot must have been an idiot.

Maybe the previous owner trained the parrot to do her job for her.

That is blowing my mind. It's like I can almost understand what José is saying. Or — *is* he actually saying something? (jw!)
