I like how deep this guy goes in his squats. Most powerlifters stand with their feet 6 feet apart and go to just about parallel, meaning they do technically squat, but anyone with an ounce of respect for weighlifting knows that its basically a half-squat
Agreed, Pat Mendes is a beast when it comes to oly squats. He also does his high bar and with a narrower stance. Would be interesting to see what he could do down to just below parallel and with wraps, going a little wider.
I know it's not relevant to his sport, but just curious as to what he'd hit.
